Steriflow’s Dali Cascading Water System agitates product in the same way as rotary retorts, but at a lower investment cost. The system’s chain conveyor creates longitudinal movement of 15 cm, 15 to 20 times per minute. The system is suitable for the sterilisation of liquid or low viscous products.
